Former IG Sindh Raja Rafat Mukhtar left the future of 144 police officers and personnel dark. 12 Sindh Police E&D Rules were restored by 1988 at various times by various former Additional IGs Karachi especially Ghulam Nabi Memon, Imran Yaqoob Minhas and Javed Alam Odhu. And were reinstated after inquiry by DIG and among them 3/2 some officers were reinstated after inquiry by their first appellate authority, former IG Sindh Raja Rafat Mukhtar. On the revision of Police Rule 1, 12, the former Additional IG Karachi issued orders to withdraw the reinstatement orders of all the officers and jawans reinstated and named this revision as Deal Appeal, former IG Karachi. During the tenure of G Sindh Rafat Mukhtar Raja, the officers and youths whose deal appeal was rejected have appealed to the new IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon to investigate the matter and provide us with justice. Now it is to be seen whether IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon will go against the decision of former IG Sindh or else the future of these 144 police officers and personnel will remain dark.
