In the incidents of firing in Mobina Town and Shah Latif Town, three sisters, along with their hardworking brother, and four others, were killed. According to details, in the incident of firing near Karachi University PSO Pump in Mobina Town police station limits, 22-year-old Waqas, son of Haneef, was killed. The police, after examining the scene, shifted the body to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for further action. Meanwhile, 30 pistol shells were recovered from the scene. SHO Chaudhry Nawaz stated that the murder seems to be a result of personal enmity, while at the scene, the victim's mobile phone, cash, and motorcycle were found. The deceased worked as a food delivery rider and was fatally shot in the chest, proving fatal. At the hospital, the victim's cousin, Ovais, informed the media that Waqas Gulzar Hujra was a resident of Gulzar-e-Hijri and the only brother of three sisters. He was talking to his cousin on the phone before the incident when the robbers arrived. Ovais mentioned that Waqas did not resist, nor was anything taken from him. However, after the corpse-handling process by the police, the case was referred to the heirs.
In Shah Latif Town, two individuals were killed in a firing near Salih Muhammad Goth. After examining the bodies, the police transferred them to Jinnah Hospital for further action, where they were identified as 25-year-old Laad Walid Veelo and 30-year-old Dilaawar Walid Is'haq. SHO Athal Baloch stated that the firing incident is a result of personal enmity and an old rivalry between the deceased, which has been ongoing. Meanwhile, after the incident, the police recovered 7mm pistol shells and 5mm pistol shells. The deceased were residents of Lashari Goth and are known to be habitual drug users. In the jurisdiction of this police station, in Ghareeb Abad, a young man, 26-year-old Habibullah, son of Salih Muhammad, was severely injured after unidentified perpetrators fired at him while he was sitting outside his house.
