According to the unofficial and non-final results received so far, independent hopefuls have won 98 seats in the National Assembly: 70 by the PML-N, 53 by the PPP, 15 by MQM Pakistan, and 3 each by the PTI and JUI. Meanwhile, the Pakistan People's Party has increased its seats in Karachi while displaying good performance. During victory celebrations in Model Town, Lahore, Nawaz Sharif, accompanied by Maryam Nawaz and Shahbaz Sharif, conveyed a message of reconciliation to Asif Zardari and his allies. Nawaz Sharif assigned Shahbaz Sharif the task of meeting Asif Zardari, Fazlur Rehman, and Khawaja Saad Rafique today. It is remembered that former President Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari arrived in Lahore today. Asif Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also meet party leaders. On the other hand, President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and former Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif expressed his desire to meet Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, the head of the United National Movement (MQM Pakistan), by contacting him by telephone. President of the Muslim League, Naz Shahbaz Sharif, congratulated Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui on his success in the elections by telephone. Shahbaz Sharif expressed his desire to meet Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui for government formation in the center and said that a meeting should be held to form a government together to pull the country out of crises. He said that mutual consultation should be made for the betterment of the country. It was reported that Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui thanked Shahbaz Sharif and replied that after obtaining the complete election results and consulting the committee, they would respond.
