Know what IRIR is!

Know what IRIR is; it stands for Intelligence Report by Special Branch. The noise of this IR has disturbed the sleep of the police employees, especially the constables. The report filed by the special branch becomes a line on the stone against someone—no questions, no touch, just a verdict of punishment. The deprived police are working without basic facilities. The shortage of fuel, but the police are visible on the city roads. Inspector General (IG) Sindh, Raja Rafat Mukhtar, and Additional IG Karachi, Khadim Hussain Rind, along with their dedicated team of police officers, stand ready to promptly execute any directives you may have, focusing on enforcement rather than punishment. The unique code of love's school, they say, is extraordinary. Punishment is bestowed upon those who've learned the lesson. Former IG Sindh Mushtaq Mahar, after establishing the tradition of blacklisting officers, had B Company established with support from former IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon, where even innocent individuals are bearing the consequences of uncommitted crimes. The company sent anyone, but they received no response. And now, the IR General of Police has directed the officers of the Special Branch to also take reports from those officers who send information reports against station officers and other police personnel. When the reports sent by them are investigated, the facts will be revealed, and the actions of the Special Branch officers will also come to light. Such evidence is already present with police officers. A series of additional penalties is also underway for the police officers. Some face a two-year suspension, others a one-year service reduction, and some are receiving fines like a three-month salary cut. No one is providing high-ranking police officers with reports on the current situation and the condition of police stations. What is the status of the situation and the quality of police stations? and it has been observed that punishment will be announced based on the FIR reports of seven police stations in Central District. The judicial proceedings, police officer meetings, community presentations, and efforts to combat street crime in the area are followed by crackdowns resulting in the arrest of the accused. Subsequently, the police station awaits the magistrate's judgment, but they are already receiving penalties. According to information received through police sources, as part of this crackdown, several police officers and officials have been apprehended, and more than two dozen police stations have kept their equipment ready, anticipating orders for an uncertain shift. The additional IG Karachi, Khadim Hussain Rind's zero-tolerance policy, can be 100% successful right now if a series of punishments, not just penalties, is initiated against the police stations that do not fight against crime. Also, if the scope of investigations against long-established station chiefs is expanded by the Karachi Police Chief, many revelations may surface.
